Feeding Gaza! Hot meals for families

We are excited to share an impactful update from our recent collaboration in the Gaza Strip. Together with a suppotter Hazem Helme, we implemented a much-needed charity soup kitchen, distributing rice and chicken to over 220 families in the eastern part of Khan Yunis city, located in the south of Gaza. Each family, consisting of at least five members, included orphaned children and widowed women—some of the most vulnerable populations in the region.

This initiative brought not only food but also a renewed sense of hope to a community that has not had access to such meals for months.

Thanks to the generous donations from dedicated supporters of Hazem's and SWAN's, we were able to contribute to the distribution of over $12,000 to orphaned children in both the northern and southern regions of the Gaza Strip. This sponsorship, which provides $200 per orphaned child, is now in its seventh consecutive month, ensuring a continued safety net for these children. The unwavering support of our donors has enabled us to keep this vital work going, month after month.

Hazem’s work continues as he goes on to provide food 300 additional families in the coming days, providing them with freshly cooked meals of rice and chicken. These efforts are critical in alleviating hunger and restoring dignity to families facing extreme hardship.

To everyone who has contributed—thank you. Your generosity is transforming lives, and it’s incredible to see the impact that our supporters are making. With your ongoing help, we can do even more for those in need. Every donation makes a difference, and together we can bring relief, hope, and empowerment to more families in Gaza and beyond.

Please donate today to help us continue our mission of providing food, shelter, and empowerment to those in need.
